Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • If there are any issues, questions, or concerns, feel free to contact us via email (support@jerseybird.co).
  • We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item is damaged in any way, we will offer a full refund or exchange for a new item.
  • If your item does not fit as intended, you are eligible for an exchange within 30 days of delivery. However, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
  • Custom jerseys are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to device screen color variance and other factors. We cannot grant refunds or exchanges solely due to the color of your item.
  • If you return the jersey to our return center for a size exchange, please make sure to send the return label tracking number and proof of shipping payment to our support team. Failure to provide proof or return will result in our refusal of your exchange or a delay of exchange until the item(s) arrive at our center.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and returned to your bank account.
